Guest guest Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 I think my thoughts for today were expressed very well in a Garth song... about being thankful for unanswered prayers. So many times in my life I've wished for something, only to have my hopes dashed to pieces like that nifty new safety glass that nearly explodes instead of cracking. Then, sometime later, while looking back I think how different life would have been had I gotten my wish, and I realize how lucky I am that I didn't get what I was hoping for. I hope I remember this everyday of my life. Today I'm thinking how lucky some of the people here are to have someone to share their lives with. Someone with bad breath to wake up with. Someone to irritate, and be irritated with. Someone to talk to, or ignor. Someone to fight with about what channel to watch. And mostly someone to care for and worry about and cry for.
