hey guys, i have a few questions and i hope yall will be able to help answer some of them. as yall know, my fiance tested positive for hep. c. we havent been to the doctor yet to find out anything else , how far it is, how much damage, nothing. our insurance doesnt kick in until the beginning of the month. he thinks hes had this for about 6 months. the questions that i have are what are the symptoms of this disease? i know being tired is one of them and he is always that. but is weight gain one of them. alot of weight gain? in about 5 months he has gained almost 40 pounds. he says that he is hungry all the time. he wakes up 2 and 3 times a night to have something, either a little snack, doughnut or something, or sometimes even a whole meal. even if we ate a big dinner just hours before. the reason why this is sending red flags everywhere for us is because russell was huge into working out and taking very good care of himself. he drinks tons

of water a day and in his job he is on his feet walking all day long from about 9 in the morning till 9 at night. he has stopped working out because he doesnt have the energy anymore, but even that shouldnt put that much weight on him considering he is still very active during the day. his body is craving food all the time. another question, is that russell has huge anxiety issues. he has tried every medicine imaginable and for the last few years the doctor has kept him on zanax (spelling?). he takes one to two a day. should he be taking this still since now we found out about hcv? if not, any suggestions out there? before he found zanax, he was extremely frustrated because of the other medi's gave him horrible side effects. sorry for this to be so long, im just worried. we will be going to a doctor soon and i wanted some feedback from yall before we went. it'll be a few weeks before we get to go. oh, and

one last question and this will be it i promise. do we just go to a regular doctor for this or are there special doctors that deal with this and how do we find them? once we do find one, what is it that we need to have done. i dont want to go and just be told what we are going to do. i want to be knowledgable about this. thank you so much for taking the time to read this. any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

Relax. virus scanning helps detect nasty viruses!
