I was wondering I have been brewing for 6 months and have always used distilled water as that was what I was told by the person who introduced us to KT............then other times I have read here that distilled water is not good cause ALL the minerals and everything are removed.....A time or two I took our regular water here and unlike most places we have wonderful water, I boiled it and used it cause I was buying so much distilled water because I have 8-10 gallons goin all the time. I did not like the taste of those particular brews (not positive the water was the problem but that was the only thing I had changed) My question: Is distilled water okay to use, as we have grown accustomed to the taste, or are we denying ourselves necessary minerals,...etc...etc???
