loop tapes

Loop tapes are a tape on a tape recorder of a fear that is listened to

over and over to help habituate to the anxiety. Bre just rewound the

tape and listened to it again. I think loop means it will play the

message over and over without rewinding, but not sure. I read about

that in a book awhile ago.
