Guest guest Posted March 13, 2000 Report Share Posted March 13, 2000 Anyone have a tips for me? What do you do on days where you have NO energy? I am having a hard time getting myself out of bed. I have SO much housework to do today. I don't clean on weekends so Mondays are pretty ugly. I have no energy to do it! I can't imagine Tae-Boing today but I have to!! I had a pretty bad eating day yesterday for the first time in a long time. We went to a Chinese buffet for lunch, not a good idea! I didn't eat a whole lot but I made bad choices. I am a sucker for sesame chicken! I ate a 14 ounce bag of doritos yesterday (ya, the big bag) just by taking handfuls here and there... Ugh! So, today should be an advanced day, but I am so tired, I can't even imagine doing the 8 minute! I don't want this week to turn out to be an " off " week.
