Hi everyone. I posted 2 or 3 weeks ago about my child not being

able

to handle school. After missing alot of it, (either could only

handle

a couple of classes or couldn't go at all), he finally made it

through

two full days. Yah!!! But this morning an anxiety attack hit him

just before he left for school and he couldn't go. I did finally

bribe him into giving it a try after lunch. So far so good.

Anyways,

I've been wondering about something. He use to have really bad o's

and c's that occassionally would set off an anxiety attack. Things

have now changed. His o's and c's are still there but mostly just

at

night and in the morning, but he has anxiety attacks every day.

Sometimes several times a day. I don't know if it's the same as a

panic

attack or not. He says that he feels like he's going to pass out

when

it happens. It was only the beginning of January that we got him to

the target dose of anafranil 150mgs that he takes with 20mgs of

prozac. So now I'm starting to wonder if the anafranil could be the

reason for the dramatic increase in anxiety attacks. We still have

another 7wks untill we see his doctor. I don't want to change

anything without his doctors opinion but it really seems like

something has change him. It's like walking on egg shells around

here.
