I suggest you try Almond Breeze, the original for a milk substitute. They also have chocolate flavored and unsweetned. I drink the Almond Breeze myself, and it is pretty good. And safe on the diet as far as I know. Also, there is toffuti "ice cream" and sorbets of different brands. Read labels. I have tried many different brands of all types of gfcf foods. I prefer the Tikayadi (sp?) brand of pastas. Rice pastas seem to cook better, and look and "feel" more like gluten pastas. If you can, get Spectrum margarine that would be the best, I can't get it at our local store. I assume you have been to the www.gfcfdiet.com. They have dos and don'ts there.
