Guest guest
Hi I hope someone can give me some advice. We are travelling to Egypt this summer on holiday and I believe vaccinations are recommended. Obviously I am not happy about this, my eldest (ASD) has had baby injections, but my youngest who is 2 next month has only had the first set of injections at age 2 months and nothing since. I am now worried as we are travelling to a country where disease is more prevalent but what I don’t want is to go for holiday injections and then be pressured into having the whole batch of the missed ones including the MMR. Thanks Elaine
Guest guest
Hi Elaine Two things come to mind.. Helios homeopathic pharmacy do travelling first aid kits so can put together remedies to cover things you may come into contact with,. Second one is an organisation called Blue Turtle.. They do a lot of travel homeopathic sprays against things like malaria, yellow fever Dengue fever etc... They are very very good.. designed by Australian homeopathic GPs... most of the drivers and couriers on those cross africa trips use these in preference to normal meds as they are so much more effective. Big thing in Africa is hygeniene.. so often food has been prepared and washed by dirty hands and unclean water.. My Mum who has a heart condition has been there twice.. no vaccinations and perfectly healthy...both before and afterwards.. so it can be done. Best wishes Tracey On Wed, Feb 3, 2010 at 12:48 PM, Elaine <elainehope@...> wrote: Hi I hope someone can give me some advice.
