It costs $35, plus shipping. The mailman brings it right to you. I don't see

how that is inaccessible considering the price of a DAN! doctor visit.

If you truly can't afford that, and none of your friends can, you can all ask

the local library to get it. Many libraries have done so under just this

circumstance.

i have a copy for sale. i know somewhere that will sell the book for £30.

Excellent book and i found my spare recently which is why im selling it on.
