I really admire ' physique, Do any of you guys know how he

trains and what type of diet he follows. The reason I don't think he follows

the bodyforlife routine in the book is because he puts out a lot of articles

like the " How to increase your Bench Press by 50lbs " on the muscle media

website which is more of a bodybuilding split. If anyone knows please tell

me, also if anyone knows how to contact him I would really appreciate it.

By the way the Anabolic Burst Cycle Diet is working very well for me, all

my lifts have FINALLY gone up... ! I put on a little bit of fat but I'll

burn it off during the dieting phase. For anyone who is trying to put on

mass, I strongly recommend it.
