5 yr. old keeping me guessing

Hello everyone, Tina here. I have not posted since last year, but

I stop in often to keep up with issues I get to look forward to with

my darling daughter.

She does not perseverate or have self-stim behaviors at all, and is

doing quite well acedemically. I have noticed that she has a redness

circling the outer area of both her aereolas (nipple); but no pea

sized bumps yet, I was wondering if this is the first sign of

percosious puberty. She also sometimes has a discharge. We have just

finished toilet training. (I still have to wipe the bum)If it is

early puberty, who deals with this one, a pedi or her pedi-neuro?
