Really with the ones you already have I would recommend adding only

the book by the Bartholomews. A good site to look used copies of any

of these books is http://www.usedbooksearch.co.uk/. My copy of the

Bartholomew's book came from a book store in Ireland and with

shipping was about 1/3 of what I could find in the states.

The Kombucha book " Kombucha - Healthy beverage and natural remedy from

the Far East " by Günther W. is available in German, French,

English, Spanish and Dutch.

I bought it in september and began to read it yesterday, the book is

very informative.

I bought it in september and began to read it yesterday, the book is

very informative.
