Great idea and we would love to participate!  

A couple of other questions to potentially ask:

1.  Are there other siblings/family members that have or are thought to

have ?

2.  Do any immediate family members suffer from auto immune disease(this is a

question asked to us by specialists)

3.  Were there any issues/problems during the mother's pregnancy(another

question asked to us by the specialist)

4.  Due to the level of responses on the recent " low " temperature "  emails,

perhaps posing a question about any noted temperature irregularities before,

during and after the fever will be helpful to any " researcher " that may get

involved at a later time with this information.

You may want to clarify the level of detail and/or information you are looking

for with respect to the blood-work information.

Nick, thank you again for doing this.  As a group, we are definitely moving

forward in the right direction and in the best interest of our children to find

a solution or even more information about this periodic fever.
