Mold Problem

This is why my children and I have been sick lately. It seems that it's NOT my hot water heater, but it's the bathtub. I guess something that makes the water drain when it reaches a certain height in the tub isn't properly placed. So, the water has been seeping through the pipes, through the walls and to the outter surface of my wall near the floor. So, now the guy has to come in, cut the wall out, fix the problem, put new wall up and let it dry. It seems this problem has been here even BEFORE I moved in. So, needless to say, I got a lemon for an apartment in this stupid duplex. The whole freakin duplex is a lemon because my neighbor has been having problems too and now they are kicking her out and there is nothing she can do about it. So, not only is she pissed, but I'm pissed to find this out because her and I have become really good friends.

Anyway, vent is out, but still mad and I don't know what to do. I want to move now, but I can't.
