Guest guest
I am brand new to , and I have no idea how to reply to posts. I tried just hiting the reply button, but I did not see my reply attached to the origional message when I went back and checked it. Also I see lots of Re: blah, blah. How does that work. If you type that in the subject line does it automatically attach the origional post to your reply to it. or how do ya'll do that. Sorry to sound so stupid. It's just that I just spent about 10 min typing a reply to someone and poof it has disappeared. Do ya'll know where it may have ended up? All I did is hit the reply button at the top of their post. Thanks, Kristi

Thanks, Kristi Hi Kristi, hitting the ’reply’ or ’reply to all’ should be fine. I noticed your message to Carolyn came through. Sometimes it takes awhile to process through the server. If you want only part of the original message, just enough so others know what you are referring to, just drag your cursor which highlights what you want to delete. Push delete. Just make sure your message isn’t highlighted, or you will delete yours as well. Deleting part of the message helps folks on digest who get one long list of the messages. I am 49 and just learned the computer 2 years ago and still manage to make lots of mistakes. However, I love the input available from others all over the world. The internet really has been ‘my therapy’, which in turn has helped my son because of so many ideas and knowledge. My son is 12, As, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive) Of himself he says “I remember the complicated things, it’s the simple stuff I don’t get”….this says it all! He is a great kid and doing well after crashing at 9…..Welcome, Gail
