Does anybody know the conversion for agar powder to

agar flakes? I have a recipe for pumpkin pie (already

planning for Thanksgiving!) and it calls for agar

powder. Do they sell this at Whole Foods? If I can't

find it, how much agar flake should I use for each

teaspoon of powder?
