And kindred spirits are definitely out there - but the best is when you can share your meals with them - if you have a bulletin board in your local health food store, put up a sign saying you're looking for other mb people, and start potlucks, or meetings or invite each other over to each other's homes - it's a great way to start a mb community - and surely there must be someone else besides you!!!!! here we just salivate over each other's foods :>) Klara <gary@...> wrote: kmf.reilly I have done macrobiotics off and on for years.
