Hello group,

There's an on going thread about using flax oil. I wanted to make a comment

about it.

Donna wrote,

>When I did ozone and didn't do fish oils it made me extremely

>fatigued and my skin was extremely dry. I do one capsule of Carlsons salmon

>oil and ozone does not make me fatigued and my skin is not dry. Flax oil

>does not give me the same relief. It just makes me depressed as does

>Borage.

On another list I was on (gallbladder flush I think) there was a lady who always

did her liver flushes with half olive and half flax. I've done 19 liver flushes

and I tried this half /half method. I just passed the flax oil, did not digest

it at all. I was at mercola.com a few days a go and he NO LONGER RECOMMENDS FLAX

OIL. He says that less than half the population can digest it. I firmly believe

that I can no longer digest it. And it appears that Donna might not be able to

either. I think most people should experiment with both flax and fish oil to see

if their body reacts differently. Mercola says we can't digest it because of a

missing enzyme. I forgot which enzyme. Has anybody done any research to see if

we can supplement this missing enzyme, mercola didn't mentioned anything.

Take care, mike rose
