Guest guest Posted June 30, 2007 Report Posted June 30, 2007 Thanks, Margret. I do understand and take your point especially with regard to those on dial-up. Just one thing about the virus though.... actually scan all e-mails for viruses. Most viruses actually come in via your mailbox, usually because somebody has put your address in their address book. Most viruses scan address books and duplicate through them. It is almost unheard of for viruses to spread through . Anyway, I am happy to go with whatever the majority wants. This group is so informative and helpful, whichever method is used, it is worth being in for that. Graphics in emails could cause problems for dial-up customers as they take a lot longer to download .... Plain text, though boring, is straightforward, quick and sufficient to share information. Sharing of pictures can be done on the forum's photo section. We need to await Bev's wise counsel on the matter.
