Guest guest
No rotary dial. I got the one you first indicated on the list a while back. But I think it is very useful because it allows me to turn the knob on my 02 concentrator to calibrate below .5. There is just no way to tell otherwise what my flow rate is, under .5, because my 02 concentrator basically goes from 1 to 10 and with this little tiny " ball " at the #'s. This way I can be more precise. In fact, when I thought I was at .5 I was actually a bit over. So it'll be good for the sauna too. Sherri said I can do 1/16th for vaginal insufflation if I need to. Plus the fittings I bought are the right size and nothing flops around. So I'm happy w/ it. Most people will NOT have this problem as they will be getting your concentrator with the low flow rates. But Im glad you found it as it was very reasonably priced and an absolute necessity for my setup. > > Dear Jill, > > > > You shouldn't have to change the flow rate setting on your > concentrator, > > because the > > new flow meter will now control output, down to probably .05 l/m. > > > > You absorb the oxygen directly through the stomach and intestine > wall, so it > > is there > > almost instantly. > > > > Best of health! > > Dr. Saul Pressman > > > > > > > > > OxyPLUS is an unmoderated e-ring dealing with oxidative therapies, and other > alternative self-help subjects. > > THERE IS NO MEDICAL ADVICE HERE! > > This list is the 1st Amendment in action. Guest guest
Saul, Have seen the drop of O2 Generators as the pressure of an HBOT increases. Also even a drop if/or when a person takes a deep breath after the chamber is pressurised via the source of O2. Howdy Saul Pressman <saul@...> wrote: All concentrators pulse as they cycle, compressing air, isolating the oxygen, then exhaling the air. The oxygen is stored in a separate cylinder, but even so, there is a rise and fall of the flow meter, so it is not possible to have an exact flow rate the way that a regulator does it. Guest guest
Dear , An oxygen tank provides 99% oxygen. A concentrator 95% at best. I wouldn't think that the small percentage would make that much difference in results. Best of Health! Guest guest
If I were to use an O2 GEN,set below 1----@ appoximately .5 is that trail or error in an opinion,or are there more sensitive gauges for Gen???
