The problem with our groups photo section is the same problem many groups are now having. and in all their wisdom cracked down on space allowed per group per photo section but didn't do it equally across the board by size of group, subject matter and it's potential but went by age of the group. Last ones in got much less space.

We are only allowed 30MB's of total space in our photo section. I deleted some of mine to get it below 30MB's which should allow everyone to view all photos posted.

Storage Notice! Using 28.96 of 30 MB (96%) of your Photos/Briefcase quota. You are running out of space.

As you can see we are still very close to running out of photo space for group.

Other groups that are having this problem have created another new subgroup for photos only no messages and not listed on search. This allows only members to post and view the groups photo section and that gives us an additional 30MB's of space.

I'm guessing it would work and members could post a message saying they added their photos in the new photo group.

What you think and any other suggestions ??

I'm wondering when the space allowed per group by for messages will be cut and or messages deleted next.

With my AOL HCV Group AOL automatically deletes messages archived at one year.
