Pat when I was first dx'ed, my primary Physician told me to pick up a bottle of Vitamin K/ phytonadione (Mephyton)... I thought this was a little strange being kinda' suave about most vitamins etc... Found out real quick that Vitamin K is a prescription only Vitamin. Because of the clotting capability's.. So I went home and looked it up in my nursing drug handbook, it is closely monitered....Just like Warfaren/ Coumadin. Kathy B... Pat McBride <pmcbride1@...> wrote:

I like to take a Vidalia onion (famous sweet onion from south Georgia) and scoop out a hole in the top. Then you fill the hole with butter and nuke it till the onion is soft. Add a little salt & pepper, mmmm, mmmmm, good!!!
