Guest guest
Hi , You're welcome! I actually shelved the rebounder for a long time because of the calf soreness. I first tried it long before joining EV. I wasn't brave enough to try again until after Carolyn talked about how to jump and not get sore calves. I always think " heels, heels, heels " now when I jump, to avoid using my toes too much and it's been working out great! Looking forward to hearing what you think of some of the others!! Hugs, Sara PS - I keep checking the DC# on your package, and the last update was that it was in Chicago on Aug 2nd - and it took nearly a WEEK to get there (2 hours from me!). Argh! Sorry. Hope it arrives soon. > > Sara, THANK YOU! This is encouraging! I knew you had sore calves from the beginner workout but I didn't know that you had done some of the other " harder " ones. It sounds like you made it through those, so I will give some of the " harder " ones a try. You give me hope! > > The choreo on the more advanced ones didn't look hard to me while watching it. I know I have the cardio endurance for rebounding, but OW, yes the calves were killing me from doing that basic bounce and straddle over and over and over! Doing IMax on the rebounder was easier than the basic and seniors rebounding workouts! > > Jump tuck, > >

Guest guest
I think I don't use mine often because I have such a hard time remembering to use my heels and when I do I feel all off balance because it doesn't seem natural. I should keep trying though so that it does become more natural. I know I saw had reviewed some rebounding workouts but I haven't had a chance to read them yet. I need to because I'd like to get some good ones myself. I'm seriously behind on reading posts but working my way backwards here and there while trying to keep up to date with each day's too!
