Morning CAST Mommas!

I hope you are feeling great and are on your way to enjoying this special

day. For many of us its the only day a year when we get to take the day

easy (not off) and when our children and those around us let us know we

are appreciated. Whoo hoo!! Its been a challenging year for most of us

and even though we can never be sure what the future holds on this

scoliosis journey.....We know that we are doing the best we can. Its been

a true honor getting to know you all over the years. CAST has given me a

place to cry, scream, laugh, joke, and to just get it out... It's nice to

no longer be on this long road alone and Im grateful to have developed

life long friends/connections here, with moms who understand. This is

irreplaceable to me and for that I wanted to say thank you.

Go out and enjoy your precious families! And, try to get some R/R...

Me too....happy mommas day to all CAST mums! The genuine support and love

given here on CAST has gotten me through some pretty tough times over the

last decade and I appreciate you all so much. Thanks for being there for

new CAST members and always making families feel welcome.

Much love to you all today. Enjoy this special day with your lil

darlings. Liv and I are doing absolutely nothing today. Yay!
