Guest guest
Thanks for the links ! Had a look through them, an athens account is always a handy thing to have! Seems like none of the popular supplements have any evidence behind them, except for creatine, which has a little bit of evidence, but still needs to be researched further. Anyone disagree with this? I'm taking creatine atm, not too sure if it's doing anything for me other than improving my motivation to train because I'm taking it! Eugene Wong Scotland. Guest guest
Creatine is the most studied supplement in history. The efficacy is extremely well established in the literature. The subject has been been discussed ad infinitum, ad nauseam in this forum. Please peruse the archives. Creatine safety and efficacy is a non-issue. To learn more about proper supplementation, may I suggest Optimum Sports Nutririon by Colgan, PhD Convinced myself, I seek not to convince.Edgar Allan Poe W.G.
