I remember those trips well. The only thing that saved was the kid

carts. I could strap him in tight enough that he couldn't wiggle out (they

have the shoulder harness kind and even if he was screaming and grabbing he

couldn't drop or run. He did manage to pee on the floor once though.

Needless to say our local grocery store knows us well. I still won't try to

take him for a complete shopping trip but if I'm feeling energetic we'll run

in for a few things.

One of the baggers has ds and the whole store is very supportive. This guy is

great. I can only dream that will grow up to be that great.

Hi All,

I would rather go shopping at midnight than deal with Zeb and the store. I do

take him sometimes, now have him put the animals in the cart and push. If

someone comes within 5' he shouts excuse me. He does like to unload the cart

because he likes to watch the items go down the belt.They can't ring us up

fast enough. LOL
