Angry and Bitter? please! I don’t believe a thing you are saying, or even who you are. How would you know me from a few posts as you a new member to be bitter and a trouble maker? .just over three days? You have never met a woman who knows more than me? I am so full of myself. My doc is terrible. Wow, you have learned a lot about me so fast! I shouldn't discuss thyroid Huh? Hmm, I have been argued with all these same issue before. Seems to be old issues we had with some women that recently left and are starting their own group up. Maybe they need more girls on their site, so lets and pretend to be somebody and bash and her doc! How smart of you! Or you just couldn’t let it go. Could you?

I was agreeing with you, after all- that no one should put them in, where is all this hostility coming from? by a certain person who has nothing better to do than to stir up

trouble and decieve people. Yes, it's odd how they know so much in

such a few days, cloaded opinions at that! They are filling our new

members with their evilness and sinfulness, and God will be the

judge. LM sends invitations to our members and then speaks to them

on the phone, dreging up old grievances, and filling them with her

Thanks for the uplifting message. I sure hope I do change some lives with my story - it makes it all this work worth it to know I could spare others of my nightmares.

I was explanted in April of 2003 - a little over a year and a half ago. How's that baby doing?

Shari I am feeling so much better ,after warm thoughts and great tips from all you girls- and being on these antibiotics and doing all these wonderful suggestions, has got the cough coming up~! I feel much better! baby still going on, strong. Hope he or she hangs in there. I have never miscarried, but a friend of mine did last week and because she was over 4 months, had to deliver it stillborn. I was so sad for her, and so scared as well.

A year and a half, so you are not far behind me. I know at the two year mark, it was incredible the differences I have made in my health. What are you currently doing? any supps? I think it is wonderful you did the MTV thing and cannot wait to see it air. You gotta a lot of guts and I really look up to you. Love you julie

i am now doing what you've described in your post. i was diagnosed with ra

on the wednesday and booked in to the naturopath on the thurs despite my doc

saying 'try it but it won't make any difference' grrr

i figure that i'll be a hell of a lot healthier following this diet anyway

and if it helps with symptoms then even better

i just need to figure out how to cook some of the stuff (ie tofu) but i'm

quite happy with how i've been going

i am living off corn cakes (biscuits) cause i love them and can pile them

with salmon etc etc

at the moment i have an awful virus so have added a clove of raw garlic

daily (pheww!)

the naturopath has also put me on

1. Metagenics Inflavonoid Intensive care (anti inflammatory)

2. Phytomedicine EFT compound (fish and evening primrose oils)

3. Continue on with my Bio Ace and Multivitamin

i'm not at the stage where i need pain killers and havne't seen a

rheumatologist yet (i am booked in but not til november)

i'm lucky yummy fruits are coming in now we're starting to get to summer

(australia)

is

a plant base diet its steamed veg. fresh salads and fresh fruit, beans

grains, sweet potatoes baked. brown rice its totally different from what I

was use

to eating (fast food junkie) No meat of any kind no dairy of any kind no oil

no

salt no processed food of any kind drink only distilled water or fresh

squeezed juice no coffee no soda I learned to use fresh or dried herbs to

flavor

with. No night shade veg.which are white potatoes, bell peppers red, green

or

yellow no tomatoes. or eggplant. The more raw the better. but as time goes

by you

can add one thing at a time to your diet wait 3 days if you have no

reactions

then you can have that like I have been able to add white potatoes, and

tomatoes back to my diet. If you like it you can have tofu and soy meat

products in

moderation have not tried them. The way the center I went to wants you to

eat

is make a large salad lunch and dinner they say 1 lb. or more of salad daily

then a big plate of steam veg. then if you have room your starch also no

corn

no citrus no butter if interested there were a couple of books they

recommend Also just type in vegan recipes in search there are tons of

information on

the Internet the hard part for me was changing my eating but belive me it

was worth it. and the dr. also said that in time I might even beable to have

so swollen I would think they would burst. If you decide to try this way of
