Do you use a cough assist or some type of exercises to expand your lungs?  I

think that would be beneficial.

Brett gets this when he has been sick sometimes. I would recommend nightly

bi-pap use and daily cough assist use. They both help keeps the lungs expanded

so they won't collapse. Do you currently use bi-pap or cough assist?

I have some too. Do lots of CPT, airway clearance (cough assist), fluids

to thin any secretions stuck in them. Doing the cough assist just for

chest expansion is good. I'm also supposed to do these " breath stacking "

exercises w/an ambu bag to pop and keep me open.

Take Care,

Kimi
