Guest guest
Chorman, I have worked for the same hospital for 7 years, was full time before my son was born, then per diem (and they kept me pretty busy). Recently a part time position (24 hrs) opened up and I was able to take it. The people I work for understand my situation and have been great so far. My schedule is now a little more flexible, and when Drew is not sick, I make sure that I stay a little later when needed to make up for lost time. It's very stressful to try to juggle, but I've been lucky enough to have a job that has been really understanding.
