Guest guest
Bernie's hamstrings etc are also very tight. I asked his orthopedic surgeon about the advisability of the surgery, and he said that if we lengthen them, they will become weaker. And just get tight again. Does it stop Sierra from standing or other activities? Bettylou Have any of you or your kids had tight Tendons? Did they recommed Surgery? Is it serious Surgery? Put you under? Long recovery? Guest guest
I wanted to get my knees released but Dr. Sabharwal at UMDNJ said it wouldnt make sense to do that bc I'm always in a sitting position. I sit in my chair no longer than 5 hrs at a time and my PT use to swear that was the reason I wasn't as contracted as her other 17 yr old sma 2 patient. s, the Unique Princess " Follow your heart, your intuition, it will lead you in the right direction.
