Guest guest
I never knew that Hoyer makes a travel lift. What is the price on that? I find the most troubling thing when traveling is having to go to the bathroom on the way. My family brought a bedpan and we used it in the van, then put the urine in an empty coffee can, put that in a bag, and threw the bag in the garbage outside a rest stop. Guest guest
Dear Holly, We traveled every year when I was stronger. Hoyer Makes a travel lift that is much smaller and lighter than the full size lifts. Ours fit in the van easily. Maybe you could rent or buy one. Have you ever been to Smokey Mountain National Park? I think that is in your area and is very beautiful. There are so many interesting places around there you are sure to find something for everyone. Chattanooga, TN area is great; Gatlinburg,, TN and Cherokee, NC are nice although a bit over touristy and the Blue Ridge Parkway is a beautiful drive.
