Pennyroyal HERB is an abortifacient, but there is no documented case of

Pennyroyal EO causing spontaneous abortion. Just another case of where

the properties of the herb are applied to the EO and are not applicable

in actual fact. I know someone ( Watt - go look at the articles

on his website www.aromamedical.com) who swears by Pennyroyal EO for colds.

Also, apologies to Marge, I have some of her Jasmine and it is divine,

but my brain was blanking out when I mentioned suppliers, she always has

great stuff.

Thanks for the link Lynda. From reading this web site, unless I were to pour

the EO in a dog's drinking water (and of course I'm not) or give him an

injection with it (again, I'm not), it will be fine in a shampoo bar.

There ARE a lot of Myths out there especially on using essential oils. Links

always help and often times clear up those Myths.

I appreciate the time it took to post the link. It was very informative.

Thanks,

Pam

Pam-

You are so welcome. is always an excellent resource for

excellent info on EOs. And he tends very much to err on the side of

caution, if anything, so if he tells me something is safe, you KNOW it

is! LOL! Glad that could help you and hopefully others as well. He

always puts new articles up as well, so do check him out from time to time.

Best wishes-

Lynda
