I've got this one and right off the bat I didn't like how they do all that dancy stuff while holding weights. I left out all the dancy moves and just focused on the weights and could go heavier.

Today was very time crunched with a lot of activities to get out of the way before going to work. I wanted to do a quick sculpting workout so I went with TJ Booty Sculpt + Abs which is 30 minute total body workout. If you heavy up with the weights and really push yourself hard, it's a good solid workout.

Off to the showers and work!
