Guest guest Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 Etana i've been so enjoying the switch to higher intensity aerobics and this got me thinking about you dreading your HIIT..... here's what's good about it -- it wakes you up and gives you energy i swear i used to do the stationary bike slow- medium for an hour and feel more tired when i got off now i'm doing 20 minutes of HIIT and i feel better, more awake when I get off i walk past the stationary bike and smile at it!!!!! here's a suggestion to try--- i know this sounds weird, but it works for me and my husband (he jogs daily, so this isn't just for sissies) try jumping up and down for 10 seconds. i'm serious 10 seconds (i sing a silly jump roping song when i do this and hold my boobs) see if that wakes you up. try it when you are dragging during the day (go in the bathroom, if you are at work and see if you feel better. try it for up to 40 seconds hell, it won't take much time to try it anyway. it works for me Felicity felizatee@...
