Wednesday's workout - Tracie Long Training

Well - I felt like trying something completely different today so I went with TLT's Finding Your Core with . Love this workout and how it challenges you core while working out the rest of your body. It's nice to know that the T-Tapp workouts have not decreased my muscle strength or endurance.

Boy all of the local news is all over that terrorist plot - this one really struck close to home. I work in Cherry Hill (I am there as I type this email), I was born and raised in Mt. Laurel where those idiots decided to convert their tapes to DVD, and we live 20 minutes from Ft. Dix - my kids have attended many birthday functions at the base swimming pool. My husband and his buddy have done several contracting jobs in the area of the base where those jerks were planning to attack. Very creepy. At least the kid working at Circuit City was alert enough to see something was very wrong and had the guts to report them to the FBI.

Back to work!

hi kathy, one of these days there will not be a wait at netflix for these TLT's LOL. my cousin actually trains at Fort Dix. he lives on another base with family but works as a trainer for those overseas driving,repairing,etc tanks/trucks other random military equipment. it was scary, funny though you have to pick on army/reservist soliders in training. go to NC or come here to VA and try to mess with the marines' base and see if allah saves your behind then LOL. cowards is all they are and they will be surpised NOT to see 72 virgins at the pearly gates.i am glad ppl are alert and NOT afraid to take action. the little heros like this everyday that never get media time, but the assliants will. shame really. kassia

Yep these people are scary and evidently quite stupid. Wouldn't be a kick if those 72 beautiful virgins turned out to be Rosie O'Donnell clones instead?
