Guest guest Posted March 18, 2007 Report Share Posted March 18, 2007 Yep - I did my T-Tapp workout again. It felt good and took away the soreness from yesterday's Ripped workout. I think tomorrow I will do a cardio workout or circuit workout and then back to T-Tapp again and keep using that pattern until the end of April.
