Hi there, I love my 1% latte's so I have incorporated that in my meal plan. I

have a 1-cup latte at 10am and a low carb shake (advantage) and that gives me my

meal of 30 g protein and 20 g carbs (my current mix). I kept promising myself

that if I don't see results soon I'll give up my milk. I did give up 1 cup this

week but that morning latte is key to my continued happiness and compliance.

;-)

To monitor the amount, I'd measure that amount (1/2-1 cup) of milk and leave

it in a separate container and use that all day.

Hope that helps!

But as with anything, if you're noticing that you aren't getting results, get

rid of the milk!

Subject: Tea with milk...? BAD?

Hi there,

I've read that milk doesn't classify as either protein or carbs... if

i use the 2%low fat/skimmed milk in my tea (about six cups of tea a

day) will that interfere with my progress?
