Guest guest
Hi there, I love my 1% latte's so I have incorporated that in my meal plan. I have a 1-cup latte at 10am and a low carb shake (advantage) and that gives me my meal of 30 g protein and 20 g carbs (my current mix). I kept promising myself that if I don't see results soon I'll give up my milk. I did give up 1 cup this week but that morning latte is key to my continued happiness and compliance. ;-) To monitor the amount, I'd measure that amount (1/2-1 cup) of milk and leave it in a separate container and use that all day. Hope that helps! But as with anything, if you're noticing that you aren't getting results, get rid of the milk! Hi there, I've read that milk doesn't classify as either protein or carbs... if i use the 2%low fat/skimmed milk in my tea (about six cups of tea a day) will that interfere with my progress? --------------------------------- What are the most popular cars?
