Hi,

This question if for the old timers...

I started the program at the end of January. I am eating about 2000

calories a day, clean food. I work out 6 days a week mostly

following the program; although I've broken down my UBWO in 2

(back/tris/abs and chest/bis/shoulders) then for my cardio I can

pretty much only do spin because my knees are really bad (arthritis).

I started the program at 135 lbs (I am 5 " 10) and a bf of 18, my goal

is to gain 5 lbs of muscle, loose 5 lbs of fat and stay at the same

weight at the end of the challenge 135...hopefullly lower my bf to

15.

I weight myself for the first time today and the scale said

131...now this would make most people happy, but if i loose any more

weight my boobs will go inward!

I don't take flaxseed oils, which I think may help w/my knees in the

long run and I need a brand to buy that you recommend (does this

serving count towards the 60 grams of fat I eat a day? or not) I

also want to give Creatine a try and I also need a brand that anyone

may recommend.

Any other suggestions as far as controlling weight loss...by the end

of the day, I feel that I can't eat anymore so really increasing the

caloric intake may be tough. I do have a very active life with 2

kids and all my running around...so there is always a caloric

difference...of about 1200 a day even eating 2000.

I don't want to eat junk other than my free day because that would

take me down a path that I've been before that led me to being ver

overweight...I never thought I'd have this problem in a million

years.

Thanks!
