[Yes, I provided input for the men's and women's national hockey teams and periodically lectured to them, as well as various Club squads. Mel Siff] I ask because I'm trying to put together physiologically sound training programmes for hockey goalkeepers.... most of the info on the 'net applies to ice hockey. Some of it is transferable, most is not. [Probably your best idea is to post your tentative programme here so that the rest of us can comment.
