This evening I really debated on what Firm workout I wanted to do. It seems like a lot of the exercises are repeated in most of the workouts. So, since doing ONLY the Firm workouts lately, I've been feeling like I'm doing the same exercises over and over.. AND my legs feel worked the most. Anyone feel this way?

ANYWAY.. I decided to go with Vol. 5 I like this one, but its not all that hard, I didn't even sweat at all. I saw where you can do the aerobic section twice. It says to start your timer at zero and then start it over again. I started to do that, but then didn't feel like repeating the same stuff over...so I just stuck with the workout.

I wore my HRM and I was in my zone 15 minutes lol and I burned 191 calories. Oh well!
