Wednesday's workout - T-Tapp

I did T-Tapp again this morning. I am still doing it every other day to see what results I get. I am really feeling that my waist is trimming up and my legs and arms are getting tighter. I am going to do Firm Strength tomorrow I think with Pam to keep up my Firm/T-Tapp/Turbo Jam rotation going. I am anxious to see if I have lost strength from all of the T-Tapp work. I want to do a Jari Love or Cathe workout next week.

man, you are really giving me the t-tapp itch again! and i just

got rid of it! LOL

i would really miss my cardio if i tried to do just t-tapp for 2

weeks. but i know that it is necessary so that you can get the

form down and see the results and know where they came from. keep

posting about it, i will probably break down sooner or later and

order! LOL

congrats on being free from that hag !! im sure that you will

enjoy your job alot more now. keeping my fingers crossed that

someone good takes her place.
