Guest guest Posted January 25, 2006 Report Share Posted January 25, 2006 I've been getting inspired reading more from this group's website. I even took a " before " picture of my arm today. Gotta love the Houston Public Library, too. One of the books I put on hold arrived so I can start reading the BFL for women book that came. I'm the type of person who has to read and understand slowly because I'm a " tough sell " . This program seems to be at a time I really need it and can really enjoy following it. My family can benefit also. I even adjusted some bolts on our " sensible gym " this morning because it was squeaking. Both of the guides for the tracks were crooked, probably from when we were moving it around to put our holiday stuff up. I didn't run today but I did situps again and my arms will probably be sore tomorrow. Well, thanks for everyone's discussions. I'm getting a lot from being on this group so far. Also, some of the questions I had but didn't realize it are being answered about stuff like whey and protein drinks. Marie in TX mommom31tx@...
