Hello,

I am in week 12 and this question just this morning occurred to me.

When I do my bf% w/the Omron (at the gym), should I give my weight

from my scale at home (typically lower) or the gym's (higher--maybe

more water, just weighs differently, whatever). I go to the gym

around 10 and when I do the Omron it's always preworkout, but also

after water, an early morning meal, etc.

I'm asking because this mornings weight at home was down to 138, and

at the gym it is usually 142-144. Maybe it will be lower at the gym

too.

I'm thinking for consistency's sake I'll use the gym weight, but I am

wondering for future reference. I just want to get the most accurate

reading from that thing (and lowest if possible--that's so motivating

to me).
