Guest guest
Hello girls!!! I am new in the group and I appreciate the emails of encouradgement I have gotten from many of you... I don't have much support around here, just demands - demands to look good mainly from my husband. It has been very depressing. I am 26 years old and I want to look like one. I am 5'5 and my weight is 200 lbs. with 40% body fat. I find it even harder to loose weight after I had my baby girl - 1 year and 7 months ago... My sex life is horrible, I mean, it has been over 2 months since any intimacy.... my husband does not feel attracted to me, that's what he told me. Then in turn, I end up eating even more. I guess I was expecting to loose about 3 pounds for the first couple of weeks. That's why I got discouraged... It has been so hard to try to loose weight, so if I don't see results soon, it becomes even harder for me. My main goal is to loose weight and after that, to tone up. I am going to Gold's Gym. I am doing the machines for the weight exercise and the treadmill for cardio. That's about it. Any one here has experienced dramatic changes in weight/inches/pants size? Please, please let me know... Thank you so much, Tatiane tjay1302000 <t-jay130@...> wrote: How old is your baby? Congratulations. Enjoy all the cuddling. Two weeks isn't very long... BFL is a 12 week commitment that will give you a lifetime of good habits. You can be sure this group is a great place for support and information. Dive into the Links and Database of this group. You'll be amazed and motivated to continue. There are LOTS of moms who have shared their transformation stories at: http://www.bodychangers.com/interviews.shtml Most were BFL. Meanwhile, shop second hand, wear beautiful colors, do your hair and makeup, give your husband lots of physical attention, and continue the BFL commitment. M. A couple of weeks ago I decided to start the body for life chalenge. 2 weeks has past and nothing has happened. I am feeling so discouradged and disgusted with myself. I hate how I look and so does my husband. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work.... Any word of encouragement would be highly appreciated. > > Thanks, > Tatiane > > > > --------------------------------- > Photos > Got holiday prints?
