Guest guest Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 I got the new nano too for Christmas. I didn't buy the arm band yet. I've seen them in my fit mags though. They look cool. I bought a pink leather carrying case that clips on to my pants. I have no problem running with that on my side. It hangs on just fine. I paid $18.00 or something for that and it's an off-brand case. So YES accessories are HIGH for that little thing. I was online all day yesterday downloading music and reading the online information on the thing, and to my surprise I'm getting the hang of how to use it! LOL!! SHEL Quote
Guest guest Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 The Nano doesn't play video, only the full-sized iPods do. I don't know what to tell you about the arm band, just make sure to pick something that's really secure. I've heard horror stories about people using the lanyard/headphones where the Nano hangs around your neck. Apparently, the Nano can come loose and break into a million little pieces on the pavement. I think I'd feel better using an arm band. It's probably not a good idea to let the Nano get wet/sweaty. PS- You'd better be at the gym right now and not still procrastinating. :-D On 1/8/06, Diane <dmiller91@...> wrote: > Okay, so I'm still trying to figure out my nano.... did folks pay $30 for > the arm band? Guest guest Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 My husband got my the ipod nano for my birthday, and he also got me the arm band. I like the arm band, but it takes a little getting used to. I have an elliptical where the arms also move, and at first I didn't like how the chord from the ear plugs to my arm would sway all around, so I tucked the chord in a bit and now it's much better. It also feels a little weird on your arm, and unfortunately, I'm one of those women who has rather large arms. I'm the queen of dropping this type of equipment, so this is important for me. If it isn't firmly attached it will be on the floor. - > > Okay, so I'm still trying to figure out my nano.... did folks pay $30 for > the arm band? It seems high and all the reviews say it's cheap.
