Ah, yes, that's what we call a WHOOSH!! They're usually brought about

by a visit from the Whoosh Fairy (and/or working your ass off :-)

I decide at the start that I would only weigh myself on the morning of

my free day as soon as I got out of bed. So, today was the first weigh

in and I went from 190 to 182 at the end of the first week. YAY!

Being my free day today I started out with my usual healthy breakfast

and then this afternoon had some coated peanuts and am waiting for the

roast beef and potatoes to be finished for supper.

I had kind of a bummer of a first week last week. I did everything

almost totally clean, and only missed one workout (because of a

migraine)....but I didn't lose any scale weight.

I was relieved, however, when my period started....cause I think I

have the PMS bloating...and maybe I really did lose some weight. :)
