Hi ladies,

I don't think I'm getting enough nutrients. Can you show me how you get your

fruit and veggies in daily?

Would you just post one example of the 6 meals you eat on a given day?

Meal 1: contains fruit in either my smoothie, or in the muffin

Meal 2: contains fruit in either my smoothie, or in the muffin;

alternative is fruit with cottage cheese

Meal 3: leftover salad and/or steamed vegs from the prior night, with

protein and a carb

Meal 4: string cheese and a piece of fruit, or cc and fruit, or hardboiled

egg whites, crackers and Cuke/Carrot

Meal 5: BIG SALAD, protein, carb, steamed vegetable

Meal 6: cc and frozen blueberries, or cc & yogurt

Here was my menu from yesterday:

Meal 1 - Protein Cream of Wheat cereal (recipe in EFL cookbook)

Meal 2 - Medium size apple & 2 string cheese sticks

Meal 3 - Italian Ham, Cheese and Tomato melt (low-fat ham and ff

cheese of course)

Meal 4 - Protoplex Shake

Meal 5 - Sloppy Joes (recipe in EFL cookbook) & broccoli

Meal 6 - Berries and yogurt (I mixed some vanilla protein powder in

with the yogurt just to give it a little boost)

My meals very quite drastically from day to day, depending on how

much time I have to prepare and cook food, etc.

I love seeing other people's meal plans, so this is a great question.

M1: Scrambled egg whites w/ mushrooms, onions, salsa

M2: Cottage cheese, strawberries

M3: Chicken, black beans, green beans soup w/ salad

M4: Protein smoothie, apple

M5: Beef barley soup, salad

M6: Cottage cheese, yogurt

Breakfast:

Omelet 1 egg 3 whites, mushrooms, 1oz light cheddar cheese, 2 slices lean

Canadian bacon

1/2 ww english muffin

Snack

apple and string cheese

lunch

chicken/grape curried salad

snack

ricotta, berries and almonds

dinner

salmon

brown rice

spinach

dessert

protein chocolate mousse
