Hi, Sherry! Thanks so much! Someone else had suggested carageenan (irish moss).

Do you have any experience with it? I'm wondering which provides the smoothest

gel.

Hi Pamela, I have actually used irish moss and it makes a beautifull soothing

gell. Unfortunately, there is the underlying " fishy " smell to contend with!

LOL! I used lavender eo and perhaps peppermint would have been a better choice.

This was for a sunburn gel and it included water, irish moss, aloe vera gel and

black tea, so I'm not too sure of the amount you would need for just aloe vera

gel. .

fact that it's a botanical.

Thanks much for sharing your experience! I'll hafta' play around with the EOs to

find one to cover the " fishy " smell.

I don't know how they do it, but it can be purchased that way. I usually go

thru middle men distributors on some stuff like that. Someone could do a

fast buy/co-op on it.

I can find out how much it is and get that part of it done if someone else

can do it. I'm way too busy to do it, att.

It's fun to mess around with.
