LOL I love doing them because its a no brainer exercise... plus, I always get nice and sore in that area.

You have a nice New Years Day. Staying in is probably the smart thing to do. We are going grocery shopping here shortly. Hopefully the drunks are still in bed lol

Great mix, ! I " m going to save this one for

future reference. I also saved your other one from

the other day with Step Blast/SJ & P mixes.

It is funny you mention calf work - I hate it!!!!

We're probably staying in for the day - not too nice

outside here - although still on the warm side.
