Guest guest
, I adore Hip Hop Hip Drop! It's one of those few dance workouts where I feel successful because there are enough repetitions. I agree that the Practice for the Spine is wonderful All of the Body Wisdom dvd's are a treasure, in my opinion. I'm thinking of doing something to stretch and strengthen the upper body tonight; hope it won't take too much navigating through the menus to find such a practice! That is sooooooo cute your pudders stole your blanket! One cat of mine, (huge uber fuzzy orange and white guy) is always in the way because he wants to play, but he's very, very lovey dovey. Rowan, the beautiful black goddess with emerald eyes, is a much better workout partner and seems to be by my side when my legs are trembling the most during a pose. And Kathy, I *know* that in spite of the interruptions that it's got to be fun having Zeus around! What would we do without our fuzzy coaches? , who obviously doesn't have human kids
